Veripro Solutions

Veripro Solutions formerly known as NSM Recovery Services is a mortgage servicer that is a part of or vendor of Solutionstar. Solutionstar was created to provide real estate services to company’s engaged in mortgage origination and residential mortgage servicing. Solutionstar was formed by Nationstar LLC.

Veripro Solutions primarily facilitates 2nd mortgages that are in recovery. An account in recovery would mean that it is a charged off account; a charged off account is when a creditor declares that the amount of debt is unlikely to be collected.This servicer many times acts as a 3rd party vendor in servicing charged-off loans on behalf of Nationstar. Veripro Solutions is relatively easy to work with when they are handling a 2nd mortgage and often move quickly. It is possible communicate directly with representatives and send in the short sale package via email. We have closed a few short sales with Veripro Solutions and have not encountered any major hurdles yet.
