 Ocwen purchased PHH corporation a mortgage servicing platform on 10.4.2018. PHH Mortgage Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary Ocwen. Ocwen loans were serviced released to PHH Mortgage as they are now the servicing side of the business.

PHH accepts the PHH package for short sale reviews and standard financial documents from the borrower. They do communicate and accept documents via email which can make the processing less labor intensive. PHH services many types of loans and short sales are governed by investor guidelines. PHH has improved Ocwen’s servicing skills a lot from what they were in the past.
