Nationstar BPO Form

Many lenders require servicer specific paperwork when applying for a short sale. Nationstar falls into this category and you must complete the Nationstar Short Sale Package. On top of that they also require the listing agent to complete a Nationstar BPO form. Comps will have to be pulled and the information will be inputted on the BPO form. Be prepared and complete these forms ahead of time to prevent any delays in processing time frames due to missing paperwork.  When processing any short sale always do research prior to submitting a short sale package to know exactly what documents are needed as some servicers require additional or lender specific documentation.

*Update* The Nationstar BPO Form does not seem to be as relevant anymore since investors have been obtaining and reviewing their own values on properties.
