Mr. Cooper Short Sale Help

Nationstar Mortgage CEO confirms the change into Mr. Cooper which is apparently set to be much more than simply a name for the company. The switch was already set to take place in January 2016 but it’s being delayed as the company is wanting to change the way it does everything.

We will see what this means for the Loss Mitigation department within Mr. Cooper if there process changes at all, it’s too early to tell. It’s unclear if they will still be using online auction company’s and equator when it comes to servicing certain short sales internally.. It’s possible that much of this is set to stick around when it comes to Mr. Cooper short sale help and processing. Hopefully upcoming changes will take place to better serve borrowers and expedite some of the most tedious and sensitive transactions that are taking place for them.
