Keep your Home California closed applications as of June 29, 2018. Keep Your Home California (KYHC) was funded by The Hardest hit Fund to assist homeowners with hardships. They offered a few programs to homeowners depending on many qualifications which could offer support or resolutions of delinquent mortgage and distressed asset challenges. Most borrowers did not qualify for assistance from KYHC. At times KYHC was the last house on the block for distressed homeowners to keep their homes who had been denied from their mortgage servicer for home retention options. We anticipate that more borrowers and homeowners will need to sell now that Keep Your Home California has closed.
