Ditech Service Releases

It appears Ditech is selling off many of their forward and reverse mortgages to other servicers. Ditech formerly known as Green Tree appears to be in a ch 11 bankruptcy and is restructuring. Reverse Mortgage Solutions (RMS) is under the parent company Ditech. If your loan is getting serviced released or if you need help with with real estate matters, you often need to start working with the new servicer once it transfers. If an application is under review you need to start over with the new servicer typically as items and reviews often don’t transfer over properly.
