Bank Of America Dedicated Agent Process Discontinued
Bank Of America Escalations have just got more difficult as they have discontinued their dedicated agent process. Escalation specialists were assigned to certain agents and groups who handled a large volume of short sales which made streamlining escalations more efficient and effective. Whenever a concern arose, an email could be sent to a single escalation contact who would research it for you. We personally had one of these contacts assigned to us due to our large volume of transactions with Bank Of America. Now Bank Of America is directly complaints back over to customer service. This shift may be taking place due to a decrease in short sales, transitions for employees to different departments, or an abuse of the dedicated agent system.
Like many servicers you can always escalate the traditional method. By calling in, speaking to supervisors, managers, and climbing the ranks the old-fashion way. This method is extremely useful but ensure to keep your calm and a high level of communication to get the best results. Also, luckily there is still the executive office of the president to open complaints and to increase chances of results in dire situations.
